Публикуемый каталог является комплексным описанием материалов из собрания ОР РНБ, связанных с деятельностью одного из  основателей Пушкинского Дома Бориса Львовича Модзалевского. Во вступительной заметке авторы дают обзор материалов, имеющих отношение к Модзалевскому, но не вошедших в каталог (документы его современников и не автографичные материалы); указывают рукописи, подаренные им Отделу. Каждая эпистолярная позиция каталога дополнительно аннотирована списками упоминаемых лиц и учреждений. Часть рукописных источников ранее не была известна и вводится в научный оборот впервые.

BORIS MODZALEVSKY’S AUTOGRAPHS IN THE COLLECTIONS OF THE MANUSCRIPT DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL LIBRARY OF RUSSIA

The published catalogue is a comprehensive description of materials from the collection of the Manuscript Department of the National Library of Russia related to the activities of Boris Lvovich Modzalevsky, one of the founders of the Pushkin House. In the introductory note, the authors give an overview of those materials that are related to Modzalevsky, but which are not included in the catalogue (documents of his contemporaries and  non-autographed materials); the authors also indicate the manuscripts donated by him to the Department. Each epistolary position of the catalogue is annotated with lists of mentioned persons and institutions. Some of the handwritten sources were not previously known and are being introduced into the scholarly discourse for the first time.
